Like so many, I joined Farrell's 3 years ago because I was at the lowest fitness point of my life. I needed a change, something I'd never tried before! Attempting to accomplish fitness and nutrition goals on my own never produced long term results, and I'd always find myself regressing back to my typical unhealthy habits. As it turned out, what I needed to keep going with my health and fitness goals was a community of like-minded people who were also trying to accomplish the same thing. I needed a place with people who took the time to learn my name, and cared that I showed up every day. Farrell's is that place. They gave me a fitness home, and a new family to belong to.As an elementary school teacher, I've always been very good at guiding a room of people towards a common goal. However, never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I'd become a fitness instructor! Thanks to a fabulous leadership team, I was trained to help people realize their potential, and push them towards their personal fitness goals. By pushing others, I find I also push myself! Together, we can reach our goals and finally take control of our fitness journeys!
