I LOVE kickboxing. Not only is it a great workout that burns cardio and stress, but there is something about hitting and kicking a bag that makes me feel like a super hero.As I have gotten older, I have a new appreciation for strength training. Not only does it help transform my body, burn calories hours after the work out, but it also helps keep our bones healthy and strong. My goal is to help others both feel like super heroes and get stronger for a better life.
